Course Objectives These courses (designed to be taken together) are for managers, technicians, and supervisors who are new to voice and data circuits. This is the starting point for all telecommunication training because it introduces this very large subject in ways anyone can understand. It is an excellent pre-requisite to T1 Fundamentals and many other subjects.
