How does it work?
The WINS VIRTUAL LIBRARY is available only to subscribers (companies, agencies, etc. with multiple employees), individuals do not have direct access. Subscribers enroll their employees for specific curriculum selected from the library's volumes. Each volume represents an area of interest designed for (but not limited to) the wireless telecommunications industry. Each coarse is designed by or in conjunction with a WINS associates whom are the leaders in the industry in they're specific fields.
Each associate in turn will promote their product or services and share with the employer the records of training and / or compliance as required. Upon completion of the course or courses the employee will receive a certificate of completion, and the employer a copy for the employee file and future accreditation.
Access to the WINS VIRTUAL LIBRARY is via the WINS web page @ www.winsnet.com using the assigned subscriber id code and an individual employee number. The access is restricted to the specific volume and course selected by the subscriber for the enrollee.
Record of completion or notification of incompletion will be provided to the subscriber within a specific period of time to provide guidance as equipped to achieve compliance. Only employee name and / or employee id number will be used.
Subscribers may sign on to any volume at any time, thus providing courses to every level of employee, whether rank and file, sales, or management. Courses are, however, individual, thus they cannot be transferred or shared. Training augmentation is available and recommended through the WINS associates on an individual case basis.
