Techincal Training


 This 3 course module covers the concept of Line Sweep Testing, and how to use both the Anritsu Site MasterŪ or Bird Site AnalyzerŪ. Students will gain knowledge and proficiency, no matter what their skill level. A systems approach to troubleshooting is emphasized so that all parts of the system (the installation, operation, and repair of systems and equipment) are considered. Student learning is documented via our Learning Management System (LMS) and learning records are transportable if required.
Introduction to Radio Antenna Systems
Overview training for site owner/managers, new hire installer and technicians, building engineers, and others dealing with wireless telecommunications sites. By taking this course you will have an understanding of Antenna Basics & Definitions, Antenna Directivity, The 3DB Rule, Antenna System, Filters TX & RX Combiners, and Cable Propagation.
T1 Fundamentals
  • Introduce T1 as a transport technology
  • Introduce the methods of creating T1 signals
  • Demonstrate via exercises how to set-up and test T1 circuits
  • Define test patterns and alarms used with T1 testing
  • Demonstrate traffic testing applications
  • Use test equipment to conduct hands-on exercises
